Free Shipping on All Orders

No Shipping Fees: We offer **complimentary shipping** within the contiguous United States on every Innovar purchase—no minimum order amount required.
Qualifying Locations: Free shipping applies to standard residential and business addresses in the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (unless otherwise noted at checkout).

Order Processing Time

Processing Window: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) PT on a business day typically begin processing the same day. Orders received after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays will process the next business day.
Backorders & Custom Configurations: If an item is on backorder or requires custom upholstery, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will notify you via email if any delays occur.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard Delivery: Expect your Innovar shipment to arrive within 3–7 business days from the date your order ships. Transit times may vary slightly depending on your location.
Shipping Carriers: We partner with major carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) for reliable, trackable delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Email Updates: You will receive:

Order Confirmation: Immediately after checkout.
Processing Notification: When your order begins processing.
Shipment Confirmation: When your order ships, along with tracking details and delivery estimates.
Tracking: Use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment’s status in real time.

Delivery Issues & Exceptions

Inspect on Arrival: Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If you notice any damage, missing parts, or defects, contact [support@innovarhome.com] within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging and item.
Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive a scheduled delivery, the carrier will attempt contact or leave a notice. Please follow the carrier’s instructions to reschedule.
Address Changes: To ensure timely delivery, verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Once your order is in transit, address changes may incur additional charges or delays—reach out promptly to [support@innovarhome.com] for assistance.

International & Alaska/ Hawaii Shipping

Currently Unavailable: At present, Innovar does not offer direct shipping to international addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii. We hope to expand to these regions in the future.
