Eligibility & Account Registration
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of creating a binding legal agreement in your jurisdiction to use our Site.
Account Creation. Some features (e.g., order tracking, wish list) require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account activity. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Products & Orders
Product Descriptions. We strive to describe our products (e.g., sofas, recliners, tables) accurately. However, we do not warrant that images, descriptions, text, or other content are error-free or completely reflective of actual color, texture, or finish.
Pricing & Availability. All prices, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.
Order Acceptance. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order in our sole discretion. Confirmation of your order and shipment constitutes our acceptance of your order.
Payment. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods indicated on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; INNOVAR does not store your full credit card details.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Policy. We ship to U.S. addresses. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by product and destination. You will be notified of shipping charges before completing checkout.
Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Damages & Missing Items. Inspect your items upon receipt. Report any damages, defects, or missing parts to support@innovarhome.com within 48 hours for assistance. Photographic evidence may be required.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window. We offer a 30-day return window on most furniture items. Custom configurations or clearance products may be final sale—please review product details for exceptions.
Return Process. To initiate a return, contact support@innovarhome.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unassembled (if applicable), and in all original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges. Exchanges depend on inventory availability. Contact customer service to arrange an exchange; additional shipping charges may apply.
Intellectual Property
Ownership. The Site and its entire contents (including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and HTML code) are owned by INNOVAR or licensed to INNOVAR and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Limited License. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal shopping. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
Trademarks. "INNOVAR" and our logos, slogans, and product names are our trademarks or registered trademarks. You may not use these marks without our express written permission.
User Conduct & Restrictions
Permitted Use. You may use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:

Limitation of Liability. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INNOVAR, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless INNOVAR and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes arising under or relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Arbitration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California.
Venue. If arbitration is not permissible under applicable law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and INNOVAR regarding your use of the Site and Services.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of INNOVAR.
