Innovar (“we,” “us,” or “our”) stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. This Warranty Policy (“Policy”) outlines the coverage, duration, and process for warranty claims related to Innovar products.
Coverage & Duration
One‑Year Structural Warranty
What’s Covered:
* Frame defects (cracks, breaks, or structural failure) under normal residential use.
* Springs and mechanical components (if applicable, such as in recliners).
Duration:
One (1) year from the original date of delivery.
Three‑Year Foam Core Warranty
What’s Covered:
* Loss of foam resilience (permanent sagging or indentation exceeding 1.5 inches)
* Deterioration or breakdown of the foam core under normal, residential use.
Duration:
Three (3) years from the original date of delivery.
What’s Not Covered
* Normal “wear and tear” (e.g., minor fading, compressions under 1.5 inches, small wrinkles or creases).
* Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper assembly.
* Stains, spills, rips, burns, or pet-related damage to upholstery.
* Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations made by anyone other than an Innovar‑authorized service provider.
* Incidental or consequential damages (e.g., transit costs for warranty service, temporary replacement furniture, or loss of use).
How to File a Warranty Claim

Provide your order number, delivery date, and a clear description of the defect. Photographs or videos demonstrating the issue are strongly recommended.
Review & Authorization
* Our Warranty Team will review your submission and determine if the defect is covered under this Policy.
* If more information is needed, we may request additional photos, measurements, or documentation.
Inspection & Resolution
* Upon approval, Innovar will, at our discretion, either:
* Arrange for repair of the defective component
* Provide a replacement part or replacement product of equal or greater value
* Offer a refund or credit toward a new Innovar purchase (in rare cases where repair or replacement is not feasible)
* For in‑home repairs or pickup of the defective item, Innovar will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient service time.
Warranty Transferability
This Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and the original delivery location. It is non‑transferable and cannot be extended beyond the stated periods.
Limitation of Liability
Innovar’s liability under this Policy is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above. We disclaim any liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the product.
