I was a bit skeptical ordering a couch online, but I must say I’m very impressed with the quality of this couch. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how comfy & cozy the Astra Flex Sectional couch is. I was on the lookout for a U shaped sectional couch that can accommodate my small space. The corduroy material is super soft and the cushioning is pretty firm. It’s a bit on the shorter side than expected, but it offers so much comfort and coziness to my home I highly recommend :) The couch arrived quick, flat as a pancake, and firmed up within the 72 hour period. Customer service was a plus as they were very responsive regarding any questions about shipment.

After having such a hard time getting in touch with customer service. Finally I have the sofa and I love it. You have a beautiful and comfortable sofa to ofter so improve your customer service response. Nobody likes to wait days for somebody to reply back to an email..

My couch arrived, totally puffed up within 24-48 hours. I’m so happy it’s firmer than expected. I truly can’t deal with a squishy couch. If I have one negative it’s that it sits too low for me. I will have to build a platform for it to sit on to lift it up. Wish there was an option to purchase an additional platform for it.
